At The Station Store we strive to always do our best for our customers. Within Australia we ship all our parcels by Australia Post (using tracking numbers). If we need to ship via another courier, we will contact you before shipping your order.
Parcel Pricing Australia The pricing guide below is based on Australia Post’s standard and express postage rates. This is a guide only.

| Small Items less than 5kg | $8.95 - $15.70 |
| Medium Items less than 5kg | $12.20 - $19.35 |
| Large Items less than 5kg | $15.35 - $25.50 |
| Extra Large Items less than 5kg | $18.50 – $25.50 |
Table 1: Shipping prices throughout Australia. The lowest price represents one item via Standard Post whilst the highest price represents one item via Express Post. Postage prices are combined if products from different categories are added to the cart.

Processing of order before shipping We strive to process every customer order within 2 working days. If the processing or shipping time is significantly delayed due to reasons outside our control we will contact you.
Delivery within Australia Delivery for standard postage within Australia is from 6 – 12 days (subject to seasonal demands and the carrier service). You can estimate the postage time from us to you using Australia Post’s Delivery Estimating Tool. The Station Store’s postcode is 4730 then add the postcode we are shipping to. Please see our ‘refund policy’ regarding shipping any returning items.
